1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@sidfiy.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Product images/videos showing the issue
    • Reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, pickup instructions will be shared with you.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to share bank account details for refund processing.

5. Replacement Policy

We offer free replacements for:

  • Damaged products
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item delivered

Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by us only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For any other approved return reason, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
